Legal aid may be available to people with matters arising under a Norfolk Island law. The matter must be proceeding through one of the following courts or tribunals:

Per- and poly- fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) investigations were initiated on Norfolk Island after a CSIRO-led assessment of water resources identified PFAS in the Mission Creek water catchment in 2019. Senversa was engaged by the department to undertake a Detailed Environmental Investigation of PFAS at the Norfolk Island Airport and surrounding catchments.

Consultation paper submissions

The Department intends to publish all submissions to the consultation papers, unless a request is made for a submission to be kept confidential or a submission contains other information that is not suitable for publishing.
