These publicly available resources provide practical guidance on how to introduce small, evidence based changes—known as “nudges”—that support more inclusive workplace cultures.
The action guide encourages organisations to reflect on gender gaps as opportunities for improvement, choose nudges suited to their workplace, and manage resistance to change through clear communication and leadership support.
