In our Graduate Development Program, you will undertake 3 workplace rotations over 11 months. This allows you to get a sense of the diversity of work across our portfolio and make a meaningful contribution in each area. Rotation placements are determined through an Expression of Interest where individual preferences are matched with organisational requirements as much as possible.
