Tasmanian Transport Schemes Review
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts (the department) is collecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
If you have registered your interest in attending any of the public consultation sessions, the department will use your personal information, to send you an invitation to meet with the independent reviewers of the Tasmanian Transport Schemes Review and departmental officials.
The department may also use your personal information to contact you regarding specific additional meetings in the future that relate to the Tasmanian Transport Schemes Review. This may occur in the form of direct meetings ('one-on-one meetings') or additional public consultation sessions.
The department will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information except as authorised by law.
You are not compelled by law to provide your personal information however if you do not then we will not be able to invite you to a public consultation session with the independent reviewers and departmental officials.
The department will store your personal information securely and the department's Privacy policy contains information regarding complaint handling processes and how to access and/or seek correction of personal information held by the department.
