Consultation on PUMP Round 2 draft guidelines

The Peri-Urban Mobile Program (PUMP) delivers funding to improve mobile connectivity in bushfire prone areas on the peri-urban fringe of Australia's major cities.

Why we want your input

We want to make sure that industry, the community and state and territory governments have an opportunity to have their say on the draft grant opportunity guidelines for Round 2 before they are finalised and the round is opened for applications.

How you can voice your opinion

You can provide feedback on the draft grant opportunity guidelines by making a submission by 5pm, 16 August 2023.

What will be the outcome of this consultation?

Your submissions will help us to finalise the grant opportunity guidelines for the Peri-Urban Mobile Program Round 2.

The Issue

We are seeking feedback on the draft grant opportunity guidelines (the draft Guidelines) for the PUMP Round 2. Further information is available on the PUMP webpage, including the Round 2 PUMP Project Noticeboard.

The draft Guidelines outline the eligibility criteria for participants and activities under PUMP Round 2, the peri-urban boundary for the eligible locations, the proposed assessment criteria, and the process for prospective applications.

We welcome your feedback on the draft Guidelines, the draft Assessment Tool (which is an attachment to the Application Pack) and peri-urban boundary for the eligible locations to ensure they meet the Program's objectives.

Submissions close at 5pm 16 August 2023.
