In accordance with section 65 of the Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018, the department may share vehicle data with an authority of a State or Territory that has responsibilities for the registration of road vehicles.

Complete this form to request vehicle data that is unavailable on ROVER, the Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV) or the RAWS website.

Please note that we have been publishing Model Report scopes on the List of approved Model Reports for all Model Reports granted approval since 21 April 2025. If a Model Report scope has not been published for an approval, you will still need to request it by completing this form.
