We have partnered with peak bodies with an interest in women in the aviation and aerospace sector to advance the Strategic Action Plan. These partnerships help us to respond to gender imbalances and skills shortages across the aviation industry.
There is an enormous range of interesting career options available in aviation, from engineering and flying to air traffic control. The Women in Aviation Careers website showcases the scope, entry points, training pathways and examples of women paving the way in the aviation industry. Careers include engineering, defence, technology, airport operations, airlines, corporate and commercial and safety and security.
