Migration Assurance Framework updated to reflect updated self-installation processes

The Migration Assurance Framework (MAF) has been updated to reflect self-installation processes available on the HFC and FTTC networks.

The MAF, developed in collaboration with the telecommunications industry, sets out the agreed roles and responsibilities of industry parties for a smoother transition when customers take up new National Broadband Network (NBN) services.

The MAF reflects the multi-technology nature of the NBN and highlights the importance of service continuity and the customer experience for residential and business customers.
