The Round 2 peri-urban boundary definition has been expanded to include Ballarat, Bendigo, Cairns, Canberra/Queanbeyan, Central Coast, Darwin, Geelong, the Gold Coast/Tweed Heads, Newcastle, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Townville and Wollongong.
