ROVER Release 9.3 is being deployed in May 2025, enabling you to submit New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES) data in Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV) entry submissions. In this video, we show you how to complete a manual submission form and upload a CSV or XML file in ROVER, and what the new RAV submission CSV template looks like. We also demonstrate how to view and export a report of NVES information you've submitted to the RAV and what the entry looks like once published.
