ROVER template: Bulk RAV corrections

Use this template (in CSV format) to notify the department about multiple Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV) entries containing errors.

When using this template, fill in the relevant vehicle details for the RAV entry from column A (VIN) through column X (Motive Power), even if the existing information is not wrong. If a field does not apply to your vehicle—for instance, trailers do not have motive power—leave column X blank. Similarly, if you need to remove a field value, leave the field blank

If you need corrections for the VIN, approval number or entry pathway, you will also need to enter the corrected values in column Y to AA.
