The National Relay Service Needs Your Feedback

The National Relay Service (NRS) will be asking for user feedback between 24 October and 20 November 2022.

If you use the service during this period you may receive an email, text message or letter asking about your experience.

Previous survey responses collected have been used to help create improvements such as enhanced NRS Chat and Captions features and an option to message the Helpdesk in Auslan via video messages. You can view the findings from our previous survey on Accesshub.

Completing the survey will help the NRS to continue to improve.
