Community Location: Lucky Bay, Cowell

Description of community needs:

Lucky Bay is a coastal South Australian town that faces significant issues regarding mobile coverage. Lucky Bay sees significant numbers of tourists and fisher people throughout the year, being just a short ferry away from Adelaide.
