Now click the ‘Sign in’ button and click the ‘Forgot your password’ link.

Enter your email address and click the ‘Send verification code’ button. This will trigger an email to be sent to you containing a 6- digit code. The verification code will expire after 10 minutes. However, you can click the ‘Send new code’ button to get another.

Click ‘Send Code’ and you’ll be sent an SMS to that phone number with a new verification code. Now enter the code into this field. If you didn’t get an SMS, you can click the ‘send new code’ link and be sent another one.
