Volume 2 of this Report 'Case and Reconstruction Details' contains detailed information on each individual case and explains the method of analysis used in the reconstruction process. It is not necessary to view Volume 2 in order to understand the general method and results of the study. However, it may be of interest to researchers wishing to examine the study in detail or to conduct another similar study.
