The National Relay Service (NRS) will be asking for user feedback between Monday 31 January and Sunday 27 February 2022.
If you use the service during this period, you may receive an email, text message or letter asking about your experience.
Feedback from an earlier survey which ran in February 2021 has been used to:
- Improve Relay Officer training
- Improve automatic messages and
- Reduce delays during calls.
Completing the survey will help the NRS continue to improve its service.
