Accesshub is set of pages on the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications' website. It has information for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing or who have a speech impairment and need to communicate over the phone.

This information is also useful for people who need to communicate over the phone with a person who is Deaf, hard of hearing or who has a speech impairment.

On Accesshub you'll find information about all types of communication options, covering lots of different mainstream technologies. You will also find information and access to the National Relay Service – a service from the Australian Government which provides options to communicate with a hearing person over the phone with the help of a relay officer.
