    Port Operators as Gazetted by the Secretary under Section 14 of the Maritime Transport Security Act 2003 (the Act) are required to submit maritime security plans for review and approval by the Secretary. This guide has been prepared in accordance with the Maritime Transport Security Act 2003 (the Act) and the Maritime Transport Security Regulations 2003.

    In accordance with Section 42 of the Act Port Facility Operators with Port Facilities within Security Regulated Ports are required to submit Maritime Security Plans for review and approval by the Secretary. This guide has been prepared in accordance with the Maritime Transport Security Act 2003 (the Act) and the Maritime Transport Security Regulations 2003.

    In accordance with the Act and the Maritime Transport Regulation 2003 Port Service Providers who operate within Security Regulated Ports or Port Service Providers who operate outside Security Regulated Ports for the purpose of forming a ship/port interface between a Security Regulated Ship and a Security Regulated Port are required to submit Maritime Security Plans for review and approval by the Secretary. This Guide has been prepared in accordance with the Maritime Transport Security Act 2003 (the Act) and the Maritime Transport Security Regulations 2003.

    Ship Operators of Australian Regulated Ships as defined under Section 16 of Maritime Transport Security Act 2003 (the Act) are required to submit Ship Security Plans for review and approval by the Secretary. This Guide has been prepared in accordance with the Maritime Transport Security Act 2003 (the Act) and the Maritime Transport Security Regulations 2003.
