Aviation Transport Security Legislation

The Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act) and Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005 (Regulations) came into force in Australia on 10 March 2005. These new laws may change the way you work and how you operate your aviation business.

Under these laws anyone who operates within the aviation industry is responsible for helping to maintain Australia 's excellent reputation as one of the most secure places in the world.
