Vehicles Equipped with an Air Conditioner

Vehicles equipped with an air conditioner may be subject to the provisions of the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 which is outside the area of responsibility of the Department of Infrastructure and Transport.

Specific requirements have been established by the Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities.
