Regional Development Australia Statement
The Hon Anthony Albanese, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, announced on 20 March 2008 that the Area Consultative Committee will transition to become Regional Development Australia committees. Regional Development Australia (RDA)
Regional Development Australia (RDA) is an Australian Government initiative that aims to bring together all levels of government to enhance the growth and development of regional Australia. The RDA network is being established throughout Australia to provide a strategic framework for economic growth in each region.
