I present to you the annual report of the Department of Transport and Regional Services for the year ended 30 June 1999, as required under subsection 25(6), and in accordance with the guidelines referred to in subsection 25(7), of the Public Service Act 1922.
The report satisfies requirements of section 29 of the Air Navigation Act 1920, section 20 of the Aircraft Noise Levy Collection Act 1995 and sections 8 and 9 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
Subsection 25(8) of the Public Service Act 1922 requires you to arrange the tabling of this report in each House of the Parliament on or before 31 October.
