Submissions are invited from interested parties and should be addressed to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government at the address below.

An Issues Paper [PDFPDF: 512 KB] [RTFRTF: 485 KB] has been prepared as a basis for consultation and engagement in this process.

Submissions or comments on the Issues Paper should be provided to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government by no later than Friday 27 June 2008 to enable timely consideration of submissions in preparing the Green Paper.
